PHILADELPHIA – Due to persistent inclement weather delays Wednesday night, the Philadelphia Union-New York Red Bulls quarterfinals match in the 2025 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup was postponed.
The rescheduled match will be played on August 13.
Tickets originally purchased for Wednesday’s match will be honored for the rescheduled match date on August 13. Any additional questions regarding your tickets please contact FanServices@philadelphiaunion.com.
The other three quarterfinals matches on either July 8 or July 9 were completed with the Minnesota United advancing past the Chicago Fire (3-1) and Austin FC edging the San Jose Earthquakes 4-2 in a shootout after the game was tied 2-2 after two overtime periods. Both of those games were completed on Tuesday. Nashville SC cruised past D.C. United 5-2 in the other match on Wednesday night.
