ASHBURN, Va. – Washington Spirit goalkeeper Aubrey Kingsbury has joined some elite company.
Kingsbury reached a major career milestone by recording her 520th regular-season save, moving into fourth place on the NWSL’s all-time saves list.
On the National Women’s Soccer League’s all-time list for career saves, Kingsbury surpassed former U.S. international Ashlyn Harris with the mark, continuing a standout career that includes two NWSL Goalkeeper of the Year awards and a pivotal role in the Spirit’s 2021 league title. She also made headlines in the 2024 playoffs, saving all three penalty kicks in a semifinal shootout win over NJ/NY Gotham FC.
Now in her 10th NWSL season, Kingsbury remains a key figure for Washington as the club pushes for another postseason berth.
