Cancellation Policy

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Package Selection: Before booking, players must select a video package that best fits their needs. Our team will assist you with choosing the right option during the initial consultation. Initial Consultation: After selecting your package, players must schedule an initial meeting with an NSN representative. This meeting can be held via Google Meet or Zoom, where we will gather necessary information, set up a shared drive for collaboration, and discuss the production process. Payment: Full payment for the selected package is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed. Clip Submission: For the Basic Highlight Package, players must submit 15 clips for review and editing before production begins. If clips are not submitted within 48 hours of the initial consultation, production may be delayed. Scheduling Interviews: For packages that include a 1-on-1 interview with NSN’s on-air talent, players must schedule the interview at a mutually convenient time. Interviews are typically scheduled within 7 days of booking. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the initial consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the initial consultation will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your initial consultation or interview, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a rescheduling fee of 10% of the package price will apply. No Show Policy: If a player fails to attend their scheduled consultation or interview without prior notice, a rescheduling fee will apply, and the original payment may be forfeited.
