Women’s Top 25: Tennessee takes No. 1; UCLA surges 14 spots as Iowa, Colorado State debut
Tennessee moved into the No. 1 position in the women’s poll, edging Duke and Stanford after a 6-0-1 start. UCLA made the week’s loudest statement, rocketing 14 places to No. 4. Iowa (No. 11) and Colorado State (No. 25) entered the rankings, while Wisconsin returned at No. 23. TCU and USC absorbed the week’s steepest drops.
