SAN JOSE, Calif. (Feb. 17, 2026) – Bay FC midfielder Claire Hutton has been named to the United States Women’s National Team roster for the 2026 SheBelieves Cup, U.S. Soccer announced Tuesday.

The annual international tournament will take place March 1–7 and feature Argentina, Canada, and Colombia, with matches hosted in Nashville, Tenn.; Columbus, Ohio; and Harrison, N.J.

This marks Hutton’s second U.S. call-up of 2026 after appearing in friendlies against Paraguay and Chile in January. During that window, Hutton made history on Jan. 24 at Dignity Health Sports Park, becoming the youngest player ever to captain the USWNT at 20 years old.

Since making her senior debut, Hutton has earned 13 international caps and scored her first career goal against Canada on July 2, 2025.

Hutton recently joined Bay FC in a historic transfer from the Kansas City Current. Widely regarded as one of the NWSL’s top young talents, she was named to the 2025 NWSL Best XI First Team and was a finalist for 2025 NWSL Midfielder of the Year honors.

She becomes the third player to earn a USWNT selection while active with Bay FC. Defender Alyssa Malonson debuted internationally in 2024 during the club’s inaugural season, while goalkeeper Jordan Silkowitz earned senior team call-ups in December and January alongside Hutton.

Currently ranked No. 2 in the FIFA World Rankings, the United States opens SheBelieves Cup play against Argentina on March 1 (2 p.m. PT) in Nashville. The U.S. will face Canada on March 4 (3:45 p.m. PT) in Columbus before closing the tournament against Colombia on March 7 (12:30 p.m. PT) in Harrison, N.J.

All tournament matches will air live in the United States on truTV, HBO Max, Universo, and Peacock. All three U.S. matches will also be broadcast on radio via Westwood One (English) and Fútbol de Primera (Spanish).

Following international duty, Hutton will return to Bay FC ahead of the club’s 2026 Home Opener on March 14 against Denver Summit FC at PayPal Park.
