Week 6 MIHSSCA Boys Soccer Rankings: Unbeatens Still Standing, New Contenders Rising
(Shelby Twp., MI) – The Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association (MIHSSCA) released its Week 6 rankings, and with just a few weeks left in the regular season, several programs remain unbeaten while others make timely pushes into the polls.
Division 1: Portage Central, Huron Stay Perfect
Top-ranked Portage Central (16-0-2) extended its unbeaten run to 18 matches, holding on to the No. 1 spot. Ann Arbor Huron (11-0-2) continues to apply pressure, also unbeaten and firmly at No. 2.
Clarkston (14-1-0) and Okemos (13-1-1) round out the Top 4, with Grand Haven (11-1-2) leading a strong West Michigan push in the Top 5.
The biggest jump comes from Saginaw Heritage (18-1-0), which breaks into the Top 15 at No. 15 after stringing together an impressive 18 wins.
