2025 Hermann Trophy Watch List – NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Announced

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Aug. 13, 2025) – United Soccer Coaches has released the 2025 Hermann Trophy Watch List, naming 43 women’s NCAA Division I standouts as the new season begins.
The Hermann Trophy, presented annually by the Missouri Athletic Club, is the nation’s top individual honor in college soccer, awarded to the National Player of the Year. Voting is conducted by Division I head coaches who are members of United Soccer Coaches.
The award is named for the late Robert Hermann, the St. Louis businessman and soccer executive who founded the National Professional Soccer League, later known as the North American Soccer League. He was inducted into the U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame in 2012.
