Patti Cesarini

Patti Cesarini is a sports broadcaster who began her career most notably with NCAA Division I Oakland University’s ESPN+ broadcasts. While starting with sideline reporting for basketball, baseball and softball, her career has taken her into volleyball, hockey and football as well.
Although only starting out as a sideline reporter, Patti Cesarini grew into podcasting and color analysis along with capturing other opportunities working with State Champs! Sports Network and the United Shore Professional Baseball League.
With a passion for sports, Cesarini grew up playing a multitude of sports but went on to play volleyball at Oakland University for four years before graduating with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. She earned numerous team and Horizon League postseason accolades while being a student-athlete at Oakland.
Cesarini grew up in suburban Chicago and attended Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, Illinois, where she was voted Lyons Township High School Athlete of the Year in 2020.
She lettered in both volleyball and basketball and earned numerous other awards during her prep career, including News-Gazette All-State Honorable Mention in volleyball during the 2019-20 school year.
As her own playing career ended, she couldn't leave the sports realm and turned to sports broadcasting.
